- Mandioquinha (baroa potato)1 kg
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Put 1 cup of water to boil.
- In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic until lightly golden. Add the tomato and let it cook for another 1 minute.
- Add the peeled and sliced manioc and carrots.
- Season with salt, pepper and oregano.
- Add boiling water to cover the vegetables, cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes under pressure.
- Let the pressure release and mix everything in the blender.
- Tip: for a complete meal, add a protein source like shredded chicken, ground beef, tofu or white cheese! Splash green smell and good appetite!
