- Diced Bacon1 cup
- Chives to taste
- Sauté the garlic and onion in olive oil until wilted, add the manioc and seasonings and cover with water.
- Cook over low heat until the cassava is very soft.
- Blend everything in a blender and return to the pan until thickened.
- In a skillet, fry the bacon in the oil that it releases until golden brown.
- Serve the cream very hot, finish with the bacon and chives.
