  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Cassava3 cup
  • Water1 cup
  • Milk2 cup
  • Crumbled Chicken Broth1 unit(s)
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Cottage cheese or cream cheese3 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Minced Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
  • Bacon or pepperoni sausage, chopped150 g
  • Green Smell to taste
  1. Melt the margarine and add the chopped onion until golden. Then add the mandioquinha and sauté.
  2. Add the water and milk, stir until boiling, add the black pepper to taste and turn off the heat.
  3. Add the cream, cottage cheese or cream cheese and adjust the salt. Then hit the blender.
  4. In a pan put the olive oil and fry the garlic. Then add the bacon or pepperoni sausage and fry. After frying, add the broth and sauté.
  5. Turn off the fire and add the green smell.
  6. Then just serve and enjoy.
