- Milk2 cup
- Crumbled Chicken Broth1 unit(s)
- Black pepper to taste
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Cottage cheese or cream cheese3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Minced Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Bacon or pepperoni sausage, chopped150 g
- Green Smell to taste
- Melt the margarine and add the chopped onion until golden. Then add the mandioquinha and sauté.
- Add the water and milk, stir until boiling, add the black pepper to taste and turn off the heat.
- Add the cream, cottage cheese or cream cheese and adjust the salt. Then hit the blender.
- In a pan put the olive oil and fry the garlic. Then add the bacon or pepperoni sausage and fry. After frying, add the broth and sauté.
- Turn off the fire and add the green smell.
- Then just serve and enjoy.
