- Butter1 tablespoon
- grated onion1/2 unit(s)
- Skimmed milk1 cup
- Wheat flour1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the onion. Add the flour and mix well with the help of a fouet. When it forms a dough, add the milk and mix well. Leave for a few minutes until it thickens.
- Add 1 glass of palm heart beaten in the blender, season with salt, pepper and freshly grated nutmeg.
- Let it thicken a little and finally add the cream.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan when serving.
- Tip: cut a lid on a round Italian bread and remove all the crumb. Spread some butter inside the bread and in the center and put it in the oven to toast. Serve the soup inside the bread.
