- Salt to taste
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker and fry the cubes of meat.
- When growing the onion, fry well and season with the sachet of vegetable broth.
- Add 500 ml of boiling water, cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes on low heat or until the meat is tender.
- Add the remaining ingredients, let it cook for five minutes after it starts to boil, then add the pasta.
- Cook for another two minutes, season with salt and pepper to taste, add the parsley and serve hot.
