- Bacon, diced300 g
- Cassava1 kg
- Onion, diced1 unit(s)
- Shredded chicken breast1 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic4 unit(s)
- Coriander1 cup
- Chopped tomato1 cup
- Chopped Pepper1 cup
- Finely chopped chili pepper3 unit(s)
- Seasoning, salt and coloring0 to taste
- Cook the cassava in the pressure cooker for 10 to 15 minutes
- Cut the chicken breast, season with garlic, salt, seasoning, vinegar and put it to bake then shred
- Take the already cooked cassava and pass it in the blender with the water you cooked, add it little by little because the broth has to be homogeneous. Not too thick and not too thin
- Take a pan and put the bacon to fry then add all the spices and vegetables and let it sauté.
- Then put the shredded chicken and give that refogado
- Finally, add the manioc broth and stir so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
- Let it boil for 10 minutes and it's ready.
