Cassava flour1 cup

Color2 tablespoon
Salt1 tablespoon
Garlic to taste
Olive oil1 tablespoon

Season the minced meat with garlic, black pepper, salt.
Sauté and then add the chopped tomato, onion, pepper and green smell.
After sautéing, add the coloral and stir.
Add 1 liter of water, the potatoes and carrots finely chopped and wait for it to cook.
Put the cassava flour in 1 cup of water to hydrate and then add it to the meat and stir.
When the broth is thick and bubbling, throw the 3 eggs mixed in and stir for 3 minutes.
