- Water (depends on your taste). to taste

- Peel and chop the vegetables into small cubes. Reserve In a large pan, sauté the garlic and onion until the onion starts to brown.
- Add the minced meat to the pan and stir well so that it is very loose.
- When the meat loses its red tone, add the vegetables already washed and chopped into small cubes.
