- Vegetable broth1 to taste
- Put the potatoes, vegetable broth and water under pressure and let it cook for 10 minutes.
- After cooking, hit the blender until it turns into a cream.
- Cut the pepperoni into cubes and sauté with garlic, onion and oil.
- After sautéed, pour the potato cream and add salt.
- Let it boil and turn off the fire
- Add the sliced cabbage and serve.
