Boiled Cassava

Cozinhe as mandioca e depois corte em pedaços e bata no liqüidificador com uma concha da água do cozimento.

Cook the cassava and then cut it into pieces and beat it in the blender with a ladle of the cooking water.

Em uma panela colocar um fio de óleo, alho, cebola picada refogue.

In a pan put a thread of oil, garlic, chopped onion and saute.

Acrescente as linguiça e deixe dá uma leve fritada. Depois adicione as folhas de couve picada e mexa.

Add the sausages and let them fry slightly. Then add the chopped cabbage leaves and stir.

Em seguida adicione o creme de mandioca e sal a gosto e mexa ,quando estiver quase fervendo retire do fogo. PRONTO

Then add the manioc cream and salt to taste and stir, when it is almost boiling remove from the heat. READY
