Descasque as batatas e cozinha com água é sal . Depois de cozidas, leva no liquidificador e bate com a água. Em uma panela frite a linguiça e o bacon 

Peel the potatoes and cook with water and salt. Once cooked, take it to the blender and hit the water. In a pan, fry the sausage and bacon.

Refogue a cebola no azeite até murchar.
Junte o caldo  e a linguiça e espere ferver, mexendo de vez em quando para não grudar.
Se estiver muito espesso, acrescente um pouco de água.
Coloque a couve e mantenha no fogo só o tempo de ela murchar (cerca de 3 minutos).
Ajuste o sal e salpique salsa e pimenta-do-reino a gosto.
Sirva polvilhado com o bacon.

Saute onion in oil until wilted.
Add the broth and sausage and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally so it doesn't stick.
If it's too thick, add a little water.
Put the cabbage and keep it on the fire just for the time it wither (about 3 minutes).
Adjust the salt and sprinkle with parsley and pepper to taste.
Serve sprinkled with bacon.
