- Cabbage1 unit(s)
- Seasoning to taste
- Peel the potatoes and cook , then hit the blender with a well of the cooking water .
- Cut the sausage into slices and fry , add the seasonings . Cut the cabbage thinly and join with the sausage, from a sauté. Put the mashed potato together, see the salt and it's ready
