- Green Smell to taste

- Preparation mode: Cook the yam with a little saffron until soft and the chayote also separately. In a pressure cooker, cook the minced steak meat, when it is soft add the minced bacon and onion, leave for another 5 minutes until the onion and the bacon fry. The green pea put in the pressure cooker and let it cook for 10 min. In the blender, place the cooked yam with the chayote and beat everything until a homogeneous broth is obtained, add the cooked pea and beat for another 5 minutes. Put it in the pressure cooker along with the meat and mix everything very well. Notice how the seasoning was. Add scent and cabbage to finish. It's just wonderful ;)
