- Peeled Potato, cut into 4 parts1 kg

- Beef broth tablet2 unit(s)
- Sausage cut into cubes300 g
- Oil or olive oil2 tablespoon
- Cabbage bunch1 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Add the water, potatoes and the bouillon tablet to the pot and cook until the potatoes are tender.
- Blend in a blender and set aside.
- In a pan add the oil, onion, sausage and let it brown a little and then add the mixture that was reserved in the blender and let it boil, always stirring so it doesn't stick.
- Hit the salt add the bunch of cabbage and when it withers it's ready Serve it hot.
