- Potato1 kg
- Sausage1/2 kg
- Garlic to taste
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped Cabbage1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Chopped green smell to taste
- Cook the potato (peeled and chopped) in water and salt. When it's soft. Blend in a blender using the cooking water.
- Fry the sausage in its own fat. Add onion and garlic and sauté for a few minutes.
- Add the beaten potato, black pepper and adjust the salt. Stir and cook for a few minutes to adjust the seasoning.
- Add cabbage and chopped parsley. Is ready!!!
