Potato1 kg
Sausage1/2 kg
Garlic to taste
Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
Chopped Cabbage1 unit(s)
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Chopped green smell to taste

Cook the potato (peeled and chopped) in water and salt. When it's soft. Blend in a blender using the cooking water.
Fry the sausage in its own fat. Add onion and garlic and sauté for a few minutes.
Add the beaten potato, black pepper and adjust the salt. Stir and cook for a few minutes to adjust the seasoning.
Add cabbage and chopped parsley. Is ready!!!
