- Cut the potatoes and put them in the pressure cooker together with the peas, complete with water, salt, black pepper, bay leaf, chicken broth and let it boil until it reaches pressure.
- Chop the onion and sausage and sauté in the pan, hit the potato with the water itself in the blender and add to the stew.
