Green potato broth with pepperoni and bacon

  1. Put the cooking potatoes on high heat (so they cook faster).
  2. Chop the pepperoni according to your preference, I'm leaving it in cubes.
  3. Chop the bacon into small cubes.
  4. In a large pan, place the bacon to fry with a drizzle of olive oil.
  5. After the bacon releases the fat, add the pepperoni.
  6. After the pepperoni and bacon are golden, it's time to put the onions to fry.
  7. And now you can add garlic too!
  8. Chop your kale without the stalk and finely.
  9. Separate half of the cabbage and add the other half to the pan along with the pepperoni, bacon, garlic and onion. And let it sauté on medium to low heat.
  10. Once your potatoes are cooked, drain the water and put some in a blender. Add water to cover them and turn on the blender. As needed, add water if it's too thick.
  11. After crushing the potatoes with the water, add the chopped cabbage little by little and continue crushing until reaching the desired color.*VERY IMPORTANT: EXCESS OF COLVE CAN BITTER THE BROTH!!!*
  12. Turn off the blender and take this broth to the pan with the ingredients that were sautéing.
  13. After that, just season to taste.
  14. Let it boil to thicken the broth (remembering that as it boils, the flavor of the seasonings gets more intense)
  15. Serve it Hot and can be accompanied with bread or toast.
  16. And now it's just a delight!!!!
