  • Potatoes1 kg
  • Crushed Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
  • Finely chopped bunch of kale2 unit(s)
  • Smoked sausage cut into slices500 g
  • Olive Oil1 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper1 to taste
  1. In a pan with enough water, add the salt and the potatoes.
  2. Once the potatoes are cooked, put them in a blender to obtain a smooth cream.
  3. In another pan with oil, sauté the garlic and lightly fry the sausage.
  4. Put the potato cream in these stir-fries.
  5. Correct salt pepper and cabbage mix well and let it cook until the cabbage wilts
