  • Peeled Potatoes300 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil50 ml
  • Pepperoni sausage1/2 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1/4 unit(s)
  • Minced Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Cabbage Leaf100 g
  1. Place the potatoes, onion, garlic and half the oil in a pan and cover with water.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cover and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.
  4. When it's cooked, hit the blender until you get a light cream. Return the mixture to the pan, add the cabbage and add a pinch of salt and pepper.
  5. If you want, beat the kale a little to give a greenish hue (optional). Cover the pan and cook for another 10 minutes. At the end, add the sausage in thick slices and cook for another 5 minutes. Correct salt if necessary.
