  1. To make this green broth recipe, start by preparing the ingredients: peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them both into small cubes, chop the onion and garlic, wash the cabbage leaves and cut into strips and, finally, cut the sausage into slices.
  2. Place a pan with the sausage over medium heat and let it fry. Then add the oil, onion and garlic, and sauté until golden.
  3. After the previous step, add the potatoes and carrots, complete with water and cook for 20-30 minutes, or until these vegetables are tender. Then remove the sausage and beat the soup with the mixer or in the blender, to obtain a cream without chunks.
  4. Season to taste with salt, return again with the sausage and add the cabbage. Let it cook for 5 minutes, or until the kale is soft and, after that, your green broth with pepperoni is ready! Serve hot, accompanied by bread, and enjoy!
