  • English Potato1/2 kg
  • Bundle of Kale Butter1/2 unit(s)
  • Homemade sausage cut into small cubes150 g
  • Chopped Onion1/4 cup
  • Minced Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Sea salt to taste
  1. In a pressure cooker, cook the potatoes in water with a little salt until they are very soft.
  2. Blend the potatoes with the water from the cooking in the blender until they have a broth texture. Reserve.
  3. Cut the cabbage into thin strips and set aside.
  4. In a pan, fry the sausage until all the fat is released. Remove the sausages and set aside resting on a plate lined with paper towels.
  5. In the sausage fat, sauté garlic and onion.
  6. Add the potato syrup and return the sausage to the pan. Mix and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Let it cook for about 10 minutes, add more water from the cooking of the potatoes if it thickens too much.
  8. Finish with the chopped cabbage and serve immediately.
