  • Cassava500 g
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Pepperoni1/2 unit(s)
  • Bacon150 g
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic (cloves)2 unit(s)
  • Kale Butter1/2 unit(s)
  1. Put the baroa potato to cook with just water.
  2. Wash and slice the cabbage and set aside.
  3. Meanwhile, in another pan, fry the chopped bacon and pepperoni in a drizzle of olive oil until golden.
  4. Add 1 chopped onion and 2 crushed garlic cloves. Let it sauté.
  5. Also add the cabbage and let it sauté until wilted. Add black pepper and a pinch of salt. Reserve.
  6. Now with the manioc already cooked. Take it to the blender along with the cooking water.
  7. Pour into the pan with the other tickets. Mix well and if necessary, adjust the salt. Let it boil for another 2 minutes and it's ready to serve.
