  • medium potatoes5 unit(s)
  • Water5 cup
  • Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Minced Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
  • Pepperoni sausage1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Kale1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  1. In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic.
  2. Add the peeled and cubed potatoes, the water and cover the pan. Let it cook under pressure for 10 minutes.
  3. Blend everything in a blender and return to the pan.
  4. Add the chopped sausage and let it cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Put the salt and pepper. Add the cabbage and cook for another 5 minutes on low heat.
  6. Enjoy your food!
