  • Cooked Black Beans3 cup
  • Bacon cut into cubes1 cup
  • Pepperoni sausage cut into cubes1 unit(s)
  • Filtered water4 cup
  • Medium onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
  • Cambuci pepper cut into cubes2 unit(s)
  • Pururuca (bag)1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Sliced kale and chives (for garnish)1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  1. Blend the cooked black beans with the water in a blender and set aside.
  2. In a pan sauté in olive oil: garlic, onion, bacon, pepperoni and Cambuci pepper.
  3. Then add the black beans beaten in the blender.
  4. Adjust the salt and let it boil for approximately 10 minutes or until it reaches the boiling point.
  5. Transfer to serving bowls and garnish with crackling and cabbage with chopped chives.
