- Large sliced onion1 unit(s)
- Coriander to taste
- Milk100 ml
- Sour cream50 ml
- Salt to taste
- Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Cook the potatoes together with the onion and cilantro. Once cooked, mix the potatoes, onion and cooked coriander in the mixer/ blender along with the milk, cream and curd. Bring the whipped cream to the fire along with the butter and whisk until it thickens and boils. Turn off and serve then
