- Dried pumpkin, peeled, cut into cubes500 g
- Chopped white onion1 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- plant milk1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Steam the pumpkin and set aside
- In a pan, brown the onion in the oil.
- With the aid of a mixer or a blender, crush the pumpkin together with the vegetable milk until it forms a paste. Add to the onion and let it boil.
- Can be served with jerky, cheese, hi even toast
