Detoxifying vegetable soup

Aqueça o azeite em panela grande e refogue a cebola, o pimentão e os dentes de alho.

Heat the oil in a large pan and sauté the onion, pepper and garlic cloves.

Reserve o repolho, a couve e o brócoli e adicione os demais vegetais à panela.

Reserve the cabbage, kale and broccoli and add the remaining vegetables to the pan.

Despeje a água e todos os temperos e deixe cozinhar até tudo estar macio.

Pour in the water and all the seasonings and let it cook until everything is soft.

Acrescente o repolho, a couve e o brócoli e cozinhe por mais 1 minuto.

Add the cabbage, kale and broccoli and cook for another 1 minute.

1. Caso não encontre algum dos ingredientes, substitua por outros. 
2. Retire os ingredientes que não são do seu agrado. 
3. Tome a sopa apenas no jantar.
4. Você pode consumir de 1 a 2 pratos por refeição (lembre-se do que falo no livro “Magra para Sempre” sobre as quantidades). 
5. Essa sopa se conserva na geladeira por até 2 dias. 
6. Se preferir fazer em maior quantidade, divida em porções e congele no dia do preparo. 
7. Você pode bater a sopa no liquidificador caso prefira, mas lembre que o ato de mastigar proporciona maior saciedade.

1. If you can't find any of the ingredients, replace them with others.
2. Remove ingredients you don't like.
3. Have soup only with dinner.
4. You can consume 1 to 2 dishes per meal (remember what I say in the book “Lean Forever” about quantities).
5. This soup keeps in the fridge for up to 2 days.
6. If you prefer to make in larger quantities, divide into portions and freeze on the day of preparation.
7. You can blend the soup in the blender if you prefer, but remember that the act of chewing provides greater satiety.
