- Chicken300 g
- Spinach2 cup
- Ginger Powder1 tablespoon
- Saffron1 tablespoon
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- In a pan, cook the chicken and all the vegetables except the nhami and spinach, all well seasoned
- Remove the vegetables and take them to the blender along with the cooking water itself because the cooking water has turned into a chicken broth with vegetables
- After beating add the fresh spinach and nhami, powdered ginger and turmeric mix again.
- Serve and Finish with the shredded chicken on top
