Olive oil1 tablespoon
Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
Spinach (pack)1 unit(s)
Skimmed milk2 cup
Oat flakes4 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan Cheese1 tablespoon

In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion until wilted.
Add the finely chopped spinach and cook until all the water it releases has dried up.
Add the milk, oats, salt and pepper. Stirring constantly, until thickened.
Blend everything in the blender.
Serve with the grated cheese.
