  • 500 g of boiled pumpkin with 2 potatoes| 1 cup cooked brown rice| 1/2 grated carrot| Reserve 1 cup of catupiry cheese | 300 g of ground chicken| 2 tablespoons olive oil Salt with herbs to taste.500 kg
  1. In a pan put 2 tablespoons of olive oil then 2 crushed garlic cloves 1 grated red onion 1 peeled and seeded ripe tomato, grated Cilantro or parsley to taste. Let it fill well and place the chicken with the grated carrot and let it cook for approximately 10 minutes with two ladles of the pumpkin cooking water.
  2. Blend the pumpkin and potatoes in a blender. Lastly, place the rice and the catupiry in the chicken, mix well and turn off the heat. 👉 And serve hot. good appetite Here serve with toast with butter and oregano. What did I do 😉😋
