Creamy Pumpkin Broth

Cozinhe a abóbora, quando ela já estiver quase molinha.. retire ela da água e retire a casca. Feito isso, pique a abóbora em cubos, e refogue, como se fosse fazer ela normalmente em cubos refogada.. faça com bastante água/caldo. Depois de pronta, bata tudo no liquidificador, volte com ela já em caldo para a panela e acrescente a linguicinha já picada e frita. Na hora de servir coloque cebolinha. 

Cook the pumpkin, when it is almost soft.. remove it from the water and remove the skin. That done, chop the pumpkin into cubes, and sauté, as if you were going to do it normally in cubes.. do it with plenty of water/broth. Once ready, mix everything in the blender, return it with broth to the pan and add the already chopped and fried sausage. When serving, add chives.
