- Pumpkin1 kg
- Shredded boiled meat to taste
- Beef sausage400 g
- Cook the pumpkin, when it is almost soft.. remove it from the water and remove the skin. That done, chop the pumpkin into cubes, and sauté, as if you were going to do it normally in cubes.. do it with plenty of water/broth. Once ready, mix everything in the blender, return it with broth to the pan and add the already chopped and fried sausage. When serving, add chives.
