- Large Potatoes2 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Chicken or Vegetable Broth800 ml
- Sour cream or cottage cheese2 tablespoon
- Pepperoni sausage slice1 unit(s)
- Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil, add the corn and potatoes, mix well. Cover with the broth and let it cook until the potatoes are very soft.
- Add the cream and beat with a mixer or put it in a blender. Taste the salt, add a pinch if necessary, but don't forget that the pepperoni is very salty.
- Take the chopped pepperoni to the fire in a non-stick frying pan and sauté in the fat itself. When serving, place it over the soup.
