Large Potatoes2 unit(s)
Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
Chicken or Vegetable Broth800 ml
Sour cream or cottage cheese2 tablespoon
Pepperoni sausage slice1 unit(s)

Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil, add the corn and potatoes, mix well. Cover with the broth and let it cook until the potatoes are very soft.
Add the cream and beat with a mixer or put it in a blender. Taste the salt, add a pinch if necessary, but don't forget that the pepperoni is very salty.
Take the chopped pepperoni to the fire in a non-stick frying pan and sauté in the fat itself. When serving, place it over the soup.
