Creamy Butter Bean Soup

- Cooked Butter Beans1 cup
- Filtered water2 cup
- Seasoned Shredded Chicken6 tablespoon
- Diced provolone cheese1 cup
- Grated Fresh Parmesan to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Cook the butter beans in a common pan with salt for about 50 minutes and drain, set aside
- In the blender, beat the cooked butter beans with the water until it forms a smooth cream (add more water if necessary)
- In the pan, place the whipped cream in the blender, the seasoned shredded chicken, the diced provolone, the ground black pepper and adjust the salt if necessary.
- Mix well until smooth and turn off the heat.
- Serve then with fresh grated parmesan on top 🧀😋
- Tip: you can put vegetables in place of provolone if you prefer 😉
