Cozinhe as batatas e depois as exprema como purê 

Cook the potatoes and then mash them as a puree.

Em seguida inclua 1/2 xícara de água na batata amassada

Then add 1/2 cup of water to the mashed potato.

Esquente até que o creme comece a borbulhar

Refogue a Cebola e o alho no azeite e junte ao creme 

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil and add to cream

Finalize com os temperinhos, e queijo ralado

Finish with the seasonings and grated cheese.
