  • Coxão meat300 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Sazon beef2 unit(s)
  • Carrot1 unit(s)
  • Potato2 unit(s)
  • Zucchini1 unit(s)
  • Water2 l
  • Macaroni500 g
  1. Cut the meat, carrot, potato and zucchini into small cubes. Chop the onion and set aside.
  2. In a large pressure cooker, add the oil and heat over high heat. Add the meat and fry for 10 minutes, or until browned. Add the onion and sauté for 4 minutes or until translucent.
  3. Add the sazon stock, carrots, potatoes and zucchini, and sauté for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the water and cook for another 10 minutes with the pan uncovered, or until the pasta is "al dente".
  5. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
