- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Grated Ginger1 dessert spoon
- In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic.
- Add the carrots and potatoes, peeled and diced.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add about 1 liter of water, just enough to cover the vegetables.
- Cook for about 20 minutes, until the vegetables are very soft.
- Blend in a blender, add ginger. Adjust salt if necessary.
- Serve cold with pieces of Arabic bread!
