  • Potato1 unit(s)
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Grated Ginger1 dessert spoon
  1. In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic.
  2. Add the carrots and potatoes, peeled and diced.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add about 1 liter of water, just enough to cover the vegetables.
  5. Cook for about 20 minutes, until the vegetables are very soft.
  6. Blend in a blender, add ginger. Adjust salt if necessary.
  7. Serve cold with pieces of Arabic bread!
