- Chopped Cabbage250 g

- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Chopped coriander to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- I left the chickpeas to soak for 3 hours, drained all the water. In the pressure cooker, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil until golden. I added the chicken breast cubes and the chickpeas, added the salt, pepper, paprika, added hot water, covered the pan and cooked for 10 minutes under pressure.
- After that time I removed the pressure added the carrot and the potatoes cut in half moon and cooked for another 5 minutes in the pressure. After that time I just added the cabbage and let it cook without pressure until it was soft. Finished with cilantro. It's delicious with a bun 😋
