  • Crushed garlic2 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Colorau1 coffee spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken Broth Tablet2 unit(s)
  • Lemon juice1 tablespoon
  • Coriander to taste
  • Potato3 unit(s)
  • Carrot1 unit(s)
  • Macaroni150 g
  • Water1 cup
  1. In a bowl add the cubed chicken and season with the crushed garlic, black pepper, paprika and a tablespoon of lemon juice and salt, mix so the seasoning adheres to the meat. Reserve
  2. In a steamer or couscous pan, add the carrots and cubed potatoes and bring to the boil to steam for a few minutes, don't let it get too soft.
  3. In a pan add soy oil and the meat that was reserved, bring to the fire and stir well until it seals, then place the chopped onion and cilantro, the chicken broth tablet and let it cook for 4 minutes, always stirring so it doesn't burn. , add a cup of water and let the chicken cook for another 10 minutes.
  4. While the chicken is cooking, put the pasta on to cook.
  5. When everything is ready, mix all the ingredients from the previous steps in a single pan, add more water and bring to the boil to cook for another 10 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
