1 Chicken or Chicken Already Cooked. 3 cups of white rice. 1 medium onion. 1 Tomato. 1 Smell green. 5 cloves of garlic. Additional seasonings to taste.

Com o frango ou galinha já cozidos bote dentro da panela de pressão
 acrescente água quando levantar fervura 

acrescente as verduras e o arroz e feche a panela. 

deixe na pressão por aproximadamente 15 minutos ou até q o arroz esteja bem cozido. 

Caso a água seque acrescente mais e ajuste o tempero.

With the chicken or chicken already cooked, put it inside the pressure cooker
 add water when it boils

add the vegetables and rice and close the pan.

pressurize for approximately 15 minutes or until the rice is well cooked.

If the water dries up, add more and adjust the seasoning.
