  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Carrot3 unit(s)
  • Whole pepper1 unit(s)
  • Chicken broth1.5 l
  • Olive oil30 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Thyme to taste
  1. Grate the carrots and sauté them in 30 milliliters of olive oil for 5 minutes over moderately low heat.
  2. Finely chop the onion, celery and pepper.
  3. Add them to the carrots, add salt and sauté for 10 minutes over moderately low heat.
  4. Cut 800 g of chicken breast into small pieces, which we add to the vegetables along with the chicken broth.
  5. We add black pepper and thyme.
  6. I cook for 20 minutes on moderately low heat.
  7. Finally, add 100 g of fide and cook for another 10 minutes over moderately low heat.
  8. After removing the soup from the stove, sprinkle with parsley.
  9. Prepare the building by beating the egg with the cream.
