Em uma panela refoque a carne com o arroz e as verduras alho óleo e quando tiver fervendo coloque a água e deixe até fever aí

Acrescente o macarrão e vá colocando o sal e experimentando se tá bom e quando o macarrão cozinhar desligue e jogue o coentro e tá pronto
