  • Aipim1/2 kg
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
  • Green Spice to taste
  • Cumin1 teaspoon
  • Saffron1 teaspoon
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces.
  2. In the pressure cooker, add onion, garlic and a drizzle of olive oil, sauté and add the other seasonings.
  3. Place the chicken, sauté for approximately 5 minutes and add the cassava. Cover with water.
  4. When the pressure cooker comes on, leave it for 15 minutes, turn it off and let the pressure come out naturally.
  5. Blend the cassava with the chicken broth in a blender.
  6. Shred the chicken and mix everything together.
  7. If necessary add more salt.
