  • Nutmeg1 to taste
  • Saffron1 to taste
  • Calabreza Pepper1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Cumin1 to taste
  • Salt1 to taste
  1. Start by cutting the chayote, onion and carrot into large cubes. And sauté in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. After that add 1 l of water and let it cook until the carrot softens.
  2. When it's ready let it cool and hit the blender and set aside.
  3. In a large pan, sauté 1 chopped onion and 2 chopped garlic in 2 tablespoons of oil. Then put the calabreza in cubes and the jerky in cubes and sauté everything.
  4. Then add the condiments, the green smell and the blender broth. When it boils, you can turn off the fire and your chayote broth will be ready.
