Cauliflower (Small)1 unit(s)
Sour cream100 ml
Bacon150 g
Beef broth tablet1 unit(s)
Green Smell1 to taste
Salt and Pepper1 to taste

Separate the cauliflower into bouquets, after washing and draining, place them in a container.
Cover with 500 ml of water, season lightly with salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes on high heat.
Put the beef broth tablet mixing everything very well then hit it well in the blender
After hitting the blender put it in a pan. Heat over high heat and add the cream and mix again, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
In a frying pan, place the bacon in cubes and fry for approximately six minutes, no need to add oil. After fried, set aside.
Finally, add the cream that is reserved with the bacon, boil for three minutes and add the August green smell. Your cream is ready to serve, bon appetit!
