- Oil1 tablespoon
- Sliced pepperoni sausage300 g
- Soy sauce (shoyu)2 tablespoon
- 3/4 cup of miso-type soy bean paste3/4 cup
- Sliced chives1 cup
- In a pressure cooker, put the water, the bacon broth and the cubed mandioquinha, wait for the pressure to come out, open the pan and book in a medium skillet, heat the oil over medium heat, add the sliced pepperoni sausage, add the sausage and the miso in the pressure cooker and mix well until a smooth and homogeneous consistency. Decorate with the chives and serve immediately.
