- Cook the chicken seasoned to taste and shred.
- Sauté the shredded chicken with the cabbage, garlic, onion, saffron and bay leaves.
- Cook the cassava and hit the blender with the cassava water itself.
- Mix the cassava broth with the shredded chicken already sautéed after boiling, turn off the fire and serve
