  • Cassava500 g
  • Garlic and Onion to taste
  • Bacon to taste
  • Pepperoni sausage to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Parsley and chives to taste
  1. Cook the cassava for approximately 10 minutes, or until soft.
  2. Beat the manioc in a blender or mixer with a little of the water you used for cooking.
  3. In a pan, brown the bacon, pepperoni, add the garlic and onion. let it cool down a bit
  4. Place the blender mixture in the pan along with the other ingredients. Add salt to taste, stir until you want to bring to a boil.
  5. Turn off the heat and add the parsley and chives. Okay, good appetite
