  • Cassava300 g
  • Beef rib500 g
  • Green Smell1 to taste
  1. Peel and cut the cassava into pieces .reserve.
  2. In a pressure cooker add three tablespoons of oil, garlic and stir until golden.
  3. Then add the ribs cut into pieces and seasoned (season as I prefer). Then add the beef broth, cassava and green smell.
  4. Add enough water to cover the meat and cassava Cover the pan and let it cook for 30 minutes.
